Yes that's right... it's not fair that the happy hookers among us are missing out on all the mitteny goodness.
I'll be starting the crochet version of the Fitted Mittens as a CAL (Crochet Along) on the 5th January 2021. Here's to hoping it will be the start to a much better year than 2020 has been for us all.

What is the New Year Fitted Mitten CAL with Babs Rudlin?
The New Years Fitted Mitten Crochet Along with Babs Rudlin 2021 is a FREE and super fun online event held at the beginning of the new year for crocheters.
A crochet along is when a group of crocheters get together to work on the same project at the same time. In this case we will have one crochet pattern, if you are looking for a similar project to knit check out the Christmas Eve Mitten KAL. Both pieces are the same mittens yet they appear different due to the techniques used. Whether you choose to make one of the patterns or both we would love you to join us for all the crafting fun!
I hope to see you and crochet along as we say hello to 2021 at the start of the year.
The instructions will be released on the babsgetscrafty.com site in 4 parts, links will be added below as the parts go live, and the group support will be run through the Yarn Jugglers group.

Part 1 Prep and Cast On - 5th January 2021 at 12:01 pm GMT (Tuesday)
Part 2 Main Body - 7th January 2021 at 12:01 pm GMT (Thursday)
Part 3 Thumb Shaping - 12th January 2021 at 12:01 pm GMT (Tuesday)
Part 4 Finger Toppers - 14th January 2021 at 12:01 pm GMT (Thursday)
Feel free to work on each section as it is released or wait until the final part to work the whole project.
